Dr. Carrazco has been practicing pediatrics for almost 40 years and founded Happy Kids Pediatrics in 1999 with his wife, Eva Carrazco. He is board-certified, has served on the board of pediatrics for Chandler Regional Hospital, and was the director of the pediatric intensive care unit at Saint Mary’s Medical Center and Tri-City Medical Center. He completed his medical training at the prestigious Autonomous University of Guadalajara, Mexico. His residency was completed at Ochsner Foundation Hospital in New Orleans, LA. Dr. Carrazco also specializes in pediatric pulmonology and critical care and completed his training at the University of CA, Irvine, and Long Beach Memorial Medical Centers in Long Beach, CA.
Dr. Carrazco is extremely passionate and committed to his patients and their health and betterment. He strives to serve the community and its individuals by giving them personalized, high-quality care. Dr. Carrazco aims to build relationships with his patients, of all backgrounds, treat, heal, and educate. He has also served as a medical expert on several news outlets including Capsula de Salud on Univision and Telemundo, as well as on radio shows on La Campesina and Power 98.3. There, he graciously answers callers’ questions and is also featured to address larger medical concerns, such as outbreaks or common medical emergencies. Dr. Carrazco and his staff at Happy Kids Pediatrics are also frequently involved in health fairs and outreach to educate patients and their parents.
In his spare time, he enjoys traveling with his wife and spending time with his family, including his children and grandchildren. He also enjoys the occasional motorcycle ride and a round of golf.

Nabor Rios has been practicing pediatrics for 19 years and is passionate about his work. He is a caring and thoughtful practitioner who is committed to providing excellent patient-centered care and believes in building a good rapport with every single patient he meets. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona and is a fervent Wildcat fan. He received his master’s degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2000.
Carlos Baldit, MD

Dr. Baldit is native from Laredo, Texas. He enjoys traveling & spending time with his family. He is passionate about children. He is a graduate of J.W. Nixon High School top of his class. After attending medical school Dr. Baldit completed his Pediatric residency in 2008 from one of the Top Hospitals in Puerto Rico, Hospital Episcopal San Lucas in Ponce. Dr. Baldit is also fluent in Spanish. He is active at his local church. Many patients have identified Dr. Baldit as one of our Top Physicians at Happy Kids Pediatrics.
Cecile Dumerve, MD

Dr. Dumerve is a board-certified pediatrician; she has been part of Happy Kids for 3 years. She studied medicine in PUCMM, Dominican Republic, and specialized in pediatrics in Puerto Rico. She enjoys the outpatient setting where she gets to know her patients and sees them growing. She spends her free time keeping up with her boys and enjoying the Arizona weather.
Celia Alvarez-Reeder, PA-C
Celia graduated from AT Stills University in 2001. She has been practicing in Pediatrics as a physician assistant for over 17 years. She especially enjoys patient education and helping her patients stay healthy. She gets great joy in seeing her patients grow and reach their milestones.
On a personal note, Celia lives with her husband of 15 years and their twin 13-year-old daughters. They share their home with four dogs and a cat! Celia loves reading and you can always find her enjoying a good book. She enjoys traveling and experiencing new places.

Originally from Tucson, Brittany Snow received a B.A. in Forensic Science and Italian from The University of Arizona. While perusing her undergraduate education she spent 2 years on a Service Mission in Italy. Ms. Snow attained her master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ. P.A. Snow, with over 15 years of experience in pediatrics, has been NCCPA board certified since 2003 and is a proud member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. When not caring for her patients Ms. Snow can be found enjoying the perfect Arizona weather with her beloved rescue dogs, she also loves the challenge of growing roses in the desert so much that she is a Rosarian!
Angelina Canjura, CPNP
Angelina Canjura is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She began her nursing career after graduating from Gateway Community College with her associate degree in Nursing. Angelina worked as a registered nurse in Labor and Delivery at Banner Desert Medical Center for 12 years. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2011 and her Master of Science in Nursing in 2014, both from Grand Canyon University. She is also actively involved with AANP.
During her time at Banner Desert, Angelina had the pleasure of working with patients and their families, along with amazing doctors. On the personal side, Angelina loves to teach, enjoys taking new students under her wing, and being a mentor. An Arizona Diamondbacks fan, she enjoys watching professional baseball. Her other interests include playing with her 4 dogs and exploring the state with her husband.

Araceli Labastida is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Happy Kids Pediatrics. She is a graduate of Grand Canyon University and is fluent in Spanish. Araceli is excited about the opportunity to work with parents, grandparents, and care takers who share the goal of keeping the children of our community healthy and thriving.

Graduated from Northern Arizona University and continues her education for a second master’s as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at the University of Phoenix. Registered with the American Nurses Association, passionate for healthcare stems from a desire to help the community.
During the pandemic crisis served in multiple facilities, caring for ICU patients in the valley. Her key skills include communication, education, prevention, and well-being. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the gym, long-distance running, and organizing.

Alex Arnieri is a board-certified Physician Assistant who graduated from New York Institute of Technology. She also completed a Fellowship in Advanced Practice Surgical Oncology. Prior to working in medicine, Alex was involved with the Arizona community working with special needs children in the Special Olympics. Working with children has been a passion of hers for many years. She provides excellent patient care by building a rapport and making sure everyone feels comfortable. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, hiking and spending time with family. Alex is very active and also loves to train in MMA and Jiu Jitsu.

Amidst a busy nursing career, managed to accomplish two Master’s degrees while raising three children, caring for two dogs, and being a dedicated wife – all while working full time. Successfully completed her Nurse Practitioner program with a remarkable 3.88 GPA and was honored to be inducted into the honor’s society.
Outside of her professional life, her favorite hobby is drag racing. Family is at her core of being, happily married to Doug for over 25 years and a proud parent to three wonderful children – Kaylee (22), Breann (16), and Tyler (13). Household is completed by two beloved dogs, Sedona and Cali.
She is eager to continue empowering my patients and community to lead fulfilling, healthy lives. It’s a joy to blend her dedication to nursing with her love for drag racing, creating a well-rounded and fulfilling life.
